Anthony Merle Mettes 13 January 1922 - Anthony Merle Mettes was born on 13 January 1922 as the sixth child of James Haley Mettes and Mary Leona Delaney.   Anthony married Wanda Marguerite Turpin on 26 December 1943. Wanda was born 31 January 1923. Their children are: 1. Barbara Lynne born 14 Jul 1945, married 10 Oct 1964 James Harrison born 23 Oct 1944. 2. Beverly Jeanne born 17 Dec 1947, married 3 Jun 1967 Gene Anthony Henry born 1 Oct 1948. 3. Christopher Lee, born 15 Dec 1951, married 10 Nov 1973 Dawne Hlupic born 29 Jan 1952.
