Access Restricted

Does Freedom of Speech still sound fine
with access restricted to an antenna or line
not just to listen or to look at a screen
but to tell others what we really mean?

Access restricted - is the Government's line -
to that old antenna and telecom line;
if you want to transmit without getting fines
you've got to play by the rules along government lines.

The Government knows that its power goes
without control over the media's role.
So, access restricted - is what the Government says -
to that old antenna and telecom line.

Access restricted - is what the Government says -
to that old antenna and telecom line.
